Best Properties, Inc. is a real estate corporation duly registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, the government arm in charge of regulating all corporate entities. It was established in 1990 and headed by Atty. Reynaldo V. Dulay as President.

President Reynaldo V. Dulay, is practicing lawyer, license real estate broker, manager of Beach Resort Hotel, owner of Nalinac Beach Resort, Eastwood Subdivision and other real estate properties.
